Marissa Carlisle offers over a decade of financial management and accounting experience in the private and public sectors, focusing on developing and streamlining procedural policies to improve financial and accounting processes. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida A&M University

Sarah Brichetto is the co-fundraising chair of the Young Starz board, and is excited to further the mission by leveraging outside support. Chief Operating Officer at Green Coast Enterprises, a local real estate development and energy efficiency consulting company. In her free time, she enjoys exploring New Orleans' many dining options, listening to live music, and spending time with her husband and three kids in their Freret neighborhood.
Lauren Youngblood

Lauren Youngblood is a native of New Orleans, LA who has had a career in the arts and entertainment industry since 2008. Her first internship was with the Essence Music Festival, and the rest is history. She has worked with various festivals, award shows, television shows and major events. Her projects have included BET Awards, BET’s Sunday Best Season 4, New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, her annual project, Essence Music Festival, and a host of other amazing ventures. Her role with these projects have ranged from talent coordinator to artist relations manager. Lauren is a Member of the Gathering Spot, the National Black MBA Association, Member of the UNCF InterAlumni Council and a National Black MBA Association Mentor for the Leaders of Tomorrow Program.

Bachelor’s in Music Business Management from Dillard University (New Orleans, LA), and is obtaining an MBA from Morgan State University (Baltimore, MD).
